A friendly manager for your Outlook Tasks

SpoonDo! is a simple application for Windows Mobile, designed to replace the default Outlook Tasks functionality.
Unlike the default tasks application, SpoonDo! is finger friendly, so everything can be done without using the stylus.
SpoonDo! presents the tasks in different folders distinguishing between different type of tasks.
By clicking on a folder, a list of tasks is presented – sorted by the due dates of the tasks (if exist).
Using the arrows enables easy browsing between folders and tasks.
SpoonDo! holds a simple method for adding and modifying existing tasks, so that using the Outlook tasks will become simple and effective.
When adding or modifying a Task, it’s very easy to enter the details, including optional information such as priority, due date and reminders.
The ‘Urgent Tasks’ folder presents tasks from all categories which are due to end soon.

Nested Tasks

That's Outlook Tasks, not a "task/app manager"

It (pretty much) replaces all the functionality of the built-in Tasks application.
It adds the ability to nest tasks under one another
Based entirely on properties of the built-in Tasks - will sync with Exchange/Outlook, and requires no importing of Tasks

Installation:
Copy the Nested_Tasks.cab file to your device
Run it

General Usage:
On first use no Tasks will be nested (obviously)
Tap-and-hold on an item to be nested (the "Child"), choose Cut from the context menu
Tap-and-hold on an item to become the "Parent", choose Paste Here

View and set task Priority from the menu

Nested Tasks

OutSync

OutSync is a free Windows application that syncs photos of your Facebook friends with matching contacts in Microsoft Outlook.

It allows you to select which contacts are updated. So you can update all contacts at once or just a few at a time.

The main benefit of OutSync is for Windows Mobile users. Updated contacts are automatically synced with Windows Mobile devices by Exchange server or ActiveSync. Thus new and fun photos appear during calls and other places where contacts are used.

OutSync is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and Server 2003. It requires Outlook 2003 or 2007.

PocketOutlook Eraser

This very little Windows Mobile application will let you delete all your appointments, contacts and tasks.

This tool is very usefull when you’re going to recreate a pairing with a desktop Outlook: if you don’t delete all these things from your mobile device before connecting it to your desktop, they will be merged. In addiction, if you have the same entries on the mobile and on the desktop, those entries will not be synched after the pairing. This will happen at least with Windows Vista.
