GogTasks

GogTasks for Windows Mobile was originally intended to be sold and distributed through Microsoft Marketplace for Windows Mobile. Due to restrictions from Microsoft on allowing Marketplace apps to use unsupported third-party APIs, The author decided to release it publically for free here.

Description:
GogTasks is a tool for synchronizing tasks between Microsoft Pocket Outlook and Google Task. It also provides a user interface for administrating the tasks which better suit the Google Tasks functionality. The UI is designed to allow finger control instead of the use of a stylus. Warning: GogTasks make use of an unsupported service from Google. There is no guarantee that Google doesn't make breaking changes tomorrow that renders this software useless.

A friendly manager for your Outlook Tasks

SpoonDo! is a simple application for Windows Mobile, designed to replace the default Outlook Tasks functionality.
Unlike the default tasks application, SpoonDo! is finger friendly, so everything can be done without using the stylus.
SpoonDo! presents the tasks in different folders distinguishing between different type of tasks.
By clicking on a folder, a list of tasks is presented – sorted by the due dates of the tasks (if exist).
Using the arrows enables easy browsing between folders and tasks.
SpoonDo! holds a simple method for adding and modifying existing tasks, so that using the Outlook tasks will become simple and effective.
When adding or modifying a Task, it’s very easy to enter the details, including optional information such as priority, due date and reminders.
The ‘Urgent Tasks’ folder presents tasks from all categories which are due to end soon.

This is a program to organize todo's/tasks.

If the list files are kept in the My Documents folder, they will be synchronized between the desktop and the mobile version.

In order to add categories and status options, you enter settings from the file menu. There you can also set whether you want to show the details or the comments (notes) for the item.
If the field is too short, it can be adjusted by dragging the divider line between the field and the list.
There is a shortcut toolbar that can be shown by clicking on the ^, next to Filter on the toolbar.
To edit an item, tap and hold to get the menu.

Nested Tasks

That's Outlook Tasks, not a "task/app manager"

It (pretty much) replaces all the functionality of the built-in Tasks application.
It adds the ability to nest tasks under one another
Based entirely on properties of the built-in Tasks - will sync with Exchange/Outlook, and requires no importing of Tasks

Installation:
Copy the Nested_Tasks.cab file to your device
Run it

General Usage:
On first use no Tasks will be nested (obviously)
Tap-and-hold on an item to be nested (the "Child"), choose Cut from the context menu
Tap-and-hold on an item to become the "Parent", choose Paste Here

Features:
Cut and Paste tasks to create nesting
Add new, edit and Delete tasks
Copy tasks to create duplicates
View and set task Priority from the menu
Complete or Activate Tasks with the checkboxes

Nested Tasks

MSentinel

MSentinel checks for any:
- missed calls,
- unread SMS/MMS,
- 'missed' tasks and calendar reminders, and notifies about that by sound.

You can specify the time period of checking, time when the sound should be played (I don't want to be disturbed at night). You can also decide if the screen should be switched off after notification.

After checking application leaves the device in the state that was before checking (if it was 'on' state - it will be the same after checking; if it was 'stand by' state - it will be the same after checking).

Language: Polish, English.
If you want to add a new translation you can make a copy of 'English.lng' file, rename it to 'YourLanguageName.lng' and edit the strings. Save it using UTF-8 charset.
