This is a variation of the SMS Distribution List Script.
This script will allow you to launch a menu using your right soft key of your phone.
Copy the 3 files to your \Storage Card\Program Files\Mortscript\ folder
Use a registry editor and go to
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Home\keys\113\Open
and change the string value to value to:
\Storage Card\Program Files\Mortscript\RSK.mscr
or use GPCarreon's Right Tweaker
Just edit the mscr files with a text file editor to suite your taste.
