VideoLauncher

a file explorer for the HTC Album.

With it you can easily find the video you are looking for and then open it up in the HTC Album's player.

Usage.....
To scroll the list press on the up and down arrow at the top and bottom of the list
(Arrows can be pressed and held for continuous scrolling)
Select an item by tapping on it
Press Open. If its a folder then it will display the folder's contents, otherwise the file will be opened in HTC Album
Please use the 'Back' hardware button to exit HTC Album (This is the fastest way, and upon exiting Video Launcher, HTC Album will be closed)
Use the 'Thumbnails' button to view thumbnails of the current folder in HTC Album viewer

A few notes.....
1)The settings menu button does nothing at present! Will be using it to add things like - Startup Directory, File types, etc.

2) Originally had the idea of letting users choose their player, so WMP, pvPlayer, or HTC Album users were all happy. But then i added the thumbnails button and also i liked the zoom feature of the HTC Album player. So WMP, pvPlayer...... you're out of luck!

3) Only reads mp4 files at the moment because i encode all my videos in mp4 so i have no use for the other video types. May change this if i have enough requests.

Lister

It is a quick HTML renderer.

Then it supports PalmDoc (.pdb and .prc) files.

Next it contains transparent decompression, supporting GNU .gz file format. What this means is you can take an existing .html or .pdb file, gzip it up and still browse the files without any need to uncompress on the PDA. You get more space in your PDA for the data you need. Not only that, but it allows inter-file links and will automatically look for the appropriate file (compressed or uncompressed).

Supports full history - backwards and forwards.

File explorer so you can quickly navigate to files and folders where you store your stuff.

Configurable font size and full-screen operation.

File Explorer Extension

Very useful File Explorer Extension

Requirements: PC2003, WM5, WM6

Overview:
When it comes to file operations, the default Windows Mobile File Explorer is quite limited. This is a freeware by Hou Ming that addresses all the missing features that should have been included in the Windows Mobile stock File Explorer.

Here are some of the fantastic “must have” features it adds:

# Resizable header for easy sorting by file name, date of last modification or size
# Tree view of folders; you can now jump easily from a location to any other on your device in one step
# Show extension option for those who ask themselves the same question I do: “What type of file is this?”
# Icon view that enables the display of files as icons similar to your desktop computer
# Real time image preview; now you don’t have to open several files in order to send the one you desire
# Open with Program allows you easily select an application to open the specific file you select (useful in case you don’t have the correct file associations or when you want Album app to open your images instead of Windows default picture viewer.)
# File property context menu for easy renaming and attribute changing
# Open all executables with Parameters in case you need a special parameter when launching an application
# Sending shortcut to Programs for instant shortcut creation of executables placed directly in Programs folder in Start Menu.
