Password-protect the Start Menu button

Picture this… when password-protected, an unwanted user won’t have access to your Start Menu entries. Once the input attempt limit is reached, Smartphone would either shutdown or device-lock sets in. Restart the phone and you’ll get the same password-protected Start Menu.
