Shutdown application

All resolutions should work fine (make sure you download QVGA for QVGA or WQVGA devices)

There are four CABs available to install. They require version 3.5 of the .NET Compact Framework, the program won't run without it.
Slide2ShutdownSetup.CAB just installs the application without mapping it to the power key. QVGA/WQVGA version.
Slide2ShutdownPowerKeySetup.CAB installs the application, and maps it to the power key so that it will automatically launch when you hold down the power key. QVGA/WQVGA version.

There's no elaborate skinning method built-in, but the graphics are all stored in the \gfx\ folder and you can change them at will. Just replace the BMP files with your own files of the same dimensions.

ZLaunchy

ZLaunchy was written mainly for those who like the way Windows Mobile dialer allows searching for contacts in a T9-like way - so that finding Adam means choosing 2326 in the phone application.

ZLaunchy uses the same idea to run programs on your device. - menus are bigger (more finger friendly)
- retapping the menu will show a zoom window (very annoying though)
- taskbar has zoom window
- softkeys are bigger (not good looking though)
- problem with the auto extract cab window (extrom cab installation) on 1st boot. remove battery and reinsert battery, power on your phone to reinstall the extrom cab files
- OK button is moved to the bottom bar
- tapping the START button will make the taskbar's background fuzzy
- first line program icons in start menu are partially covered by the taskbar

This ROM including it's tweaks is by far the best combination i have used for our device.
Since Lockscreen is removed, VJDevicelock is used it it's place. You can map VJDevicelock on any of the hardware buttons. (personally, i use VJDevicelcok LCDOff and mapped it to my voice record button)

Post ROM Flashing tips:
1. Set Phone 1 to use GSM only, not AUTO
2. Put your ringtones, message tones in the phone memory
3. open comm manager and turn off the Date Connection
4. fully discharge your phone and recharge it overnight for better results
5. install applications in phone memory as much as possible
6. use oxios memory to release ram every now and then
7. lock device using VJDevicelock LCDOff or PowerOff so that the backlight will be turned off also when you lock the phone
