GPSed
Record GPS tracks from your mobile and trace them on a map
Record tracks of your trips anywhere on the Earth from your mobile device. Tracks are traced on Google Maps and stored in an online archive. All you need to start tracking is a mobile device with the internal or external GPS receiver.
In areas without network coverage it is still possible to record tracks by a mobile device. These tracks can be uploaded to GPSed when you are in the area with good network coverage or from your PC or Mac. Positioning data can be transferred online via GSM, EDGE, 3G or WiFi networks.
View and organize your tracks in a personal online archive
The uploaded tracks are stored on the server and available for review and management from GPSed web service.
- Make your tracks Public/Private;
- Change track's color to better distinguish them on a landscape;
- Detailed track information;
- Tracks auto-zoom;
- Search among your tracks and public tracks of other users;
- Attach photos to tracks;
- View waypoints made from mobile application;
- Add text comments to tracks;

Nemonika Browser
The Nemonika Browser is a serious speech processing system combining real-time speech recognition as well as synthesis.
The speech recognition engine provides a small command oriented vocabulary, perfect for navigation and for implementing a "voice typewriter" that allows you to enter an arbitrary string. The speech synthesizer can provide navigation feedback and can directly speak content such as web pages or text files. Web pages are simulateneoudly rendered to fit onto a small screen to allow for simpler reading and navigation. Nemonika currently has support only for US English, but we have plans for adding more European language support in the future.
The web is not ideal for viewing on small screens. Nor is it ideal for when you are away from a desktop in settings where you may need to multi-task your vision. Nemonika is not a desktop browser, it's a browser for the road. The one inside your head you're speeding down all the time. With Nemonika, now you can go faster.
We are porting the Nemonika Browser to Windows Mobile. The Beta-1 release combines US Engish Speech Recognition and Synthesis. This version was developed to run on Windows Mobile 5.0 and above. It may run on earlier releases.
To install Nemonika simply download the install file to any directory on your Windows Mobile device and launch it with the File Explorer. When it is executing, (after it is installed) Nemonika does not write any files. This is done to reduce the number of "Write Cycles" on your FLASH based storage. All cookies are memory based and will persist for as long as the Nemonika is loaded.
Download Nemonika Beta-1 Version (with US English Speech Synthesis and Recognition) for Windows Mobile (8.08 MB)
Copy the install file to your Windows Mobile device. Launch it from the File Explorer. You need at least 10 MB of available FLASH storage on your device to install Nemonika. After the install file is finished your mobile device will automatically perform a soft re-boot. The Nemonika icon will appear in the shortcuts menu and in the programs directory. After Nemonika has been installed on your device you can then chose it to become automatically activated by pressing a particular button on your mobile device. Simply go to the Setting Menu, select buttons and then from a list of buttons you can select nemonika from a list box of programs on your device.

Flip It
In these Visa/MasterCard/PayPal times who are carrying coins anymore? Every day yet more and more people find themselves in a situation where they want to flip a coin, but are missing one to flip.
Flipping your Pocket PC isn't a very bright solution either. I tried it once, but for two obvious reasons it's not really a good idea:
The general condition of a Pocket PC doesn't seem to take the "flips" very well.
The weight of the Pocket PC don't guarantee a fair flip, due to the fact that it's not completely balanced.
What to do? And the answer is of course: Flip It. Flip It is a flip-a-coin simulator, taking the stone age tradition "Flip a coin" (at that time known as "Flip a rock") into the 21st century.
Choose heads or tails, flip it and see the instant result, plus historical statistics.

Where Is My RAM?
a good overview of which documents and programs were taking up the space on Pocket PC.
WIMR? will show you a file explorer like list of all files and directories on your device, sorted by size. WIMR? will start at the root of the device, and you can then tap directories to enter them. Use the "up" icon to go back up a level and the "refresh" icon to recalculate the current location if you change something in another application (e.g. a file explorer or in the "remove programs" control panel applet).
There is a few options in the program: You can choose to show file-sizes in bytes, kilo-bytes, mega-bytes or use the 'auto' setting (files < 1024 bytes shown in bytes, files < 1048576 bytes KB and files > 1048576 in MB).
You can choose to see only files in ROM, RAM or both. This option is to filter out the ROM items which you can't delete anyway (or the other way around: to have a peek at what's in the ROM).
You can also delete single files directly from WIMR?, call the "Remove programs" control panel applet to uninstall complete programs, launch a file directly from WIMR? or view detailed information about a selected file.

ShrinkSms Light
ShrinkSms is a new windows mobile messaging application which can save you money when sending long SMS messages.
As the maximum length of SMS is 160 characters (English language) , each message longer then that will result in sending two or more SMS messages and as a result higher payment.
ShrinkSms came to solve this issue with a 50% statistically compression rate.
Each message is encrypted and shrinked so it will take less characters then the original message.
In addition the application holds a built in word list (similar to T9) which contains more then 700000 words.
The application works both on QVGA and VGA device
ShrinkSms can be used as regular SMS (English language) application (without the compression option).

REDFLY Mobile Viewer
REDFLY Mobile Viewer is highly unique in its approach to unleashing your smartphone's hidden potential.
REDFLY technology changes the output screen resolution on your phone allowing you to see more information in a larger window (4 selectable resolutions from 800x480 to 1024x768 depending on phone model and available memory). No other software in the world gives you this great feature. REDFLY Mobile Viewer doesn't just make your smartphone's screen bigger, you actually get more screen "real estate" to see more of a website, email, spreadsheet, etc. - without having to zoom and pan around the screen.
Just connect your REDFLY-enabled smartphone to your PC, launch REDFLY Mobile Viewer and you'll see your smartphone's screen and interface running in an application window side-by-side with your regular Windows XP or Vista applications. Keep REDFLY Mobile Viewer running all day at work switching back and forth between applications as needed.
REDFLY Mobile Viewer also enables full input and control for your smartphone from your PC's keyboard, mouse or touchpad allowing you to control the phone just like you would your PC.
It's an amazing experience the first time you see your smartphone fully unleashed giving you access to more information in a larger window while typing on a full-size keyboard.
REDFLY Mobile Viewer will change the way you work on your smartphone making using your phone much more comfortable, enjoyable and productive.
